A Nigerian Air Forces helicopter crash-landed at the Yola International Airport this morning at about 9am.  There were no casualties. Nigerian Military Helicopter Crashes In Adamawa State

A Nigerian Airforce helicopter has crash-landed in Damare town in Adamawa state. A military source told SaharaReporters that the crashed chopper was carrying military hardware and some military advisers to the frontline in Adamawa state when it crash-landed in Damare. The source claimed there was no casualty recorded in the crash. Since the beginning of the war against Islamist militants Boko Haram, several military planes and helicopters have crashed in the northeast including an airforce jet which was shot down by Boko Haram militants.
